I got involved in Francis Marion's BCM (Baptist Collegiate Ministries). It's a great Christian-based organization that has really helped me through my freshmen year. It's a great place to meet Christian friends and have some good, clean fun. We are always involved oncampus, and we go on mission trips around the United States. TUESDAY NIGHTS 7 PM~ FREE FOOD, GREAT SPEAKERS, AND TONS OF FUN.. COME IF U CAN :)

It is easy to get in to Francis Marion University. I made sure i got in with reccomendation letters good grades in High School and pretty OK scores on the ACT. They don't let just anybody in. You have to prove that you belong on paper before you can prove to them in person.

GO online to fmarion.edu and fill out an application for admission. It isn't a really hard school to get into, but it is a great place and you get a high quality education when you get there.

I don't think it's that difficult to get in. The basic rule is the higher your SAT / ACT scores, the lower your GPA can be and vice versa. Letters of recommendation from high school teachers, employers, coaches, etc. should also prove beneficial.

I recommend going to community or tech first and saving some money and transfering in. All you need is a 2.0 and 22 credits. I personally wish I had done this. It would have saved me loads of money and I could have been on campus for a lesser amount of time.
